About US

Mail Call is a locally owned mail and parcel center with a 30 year history in Santa Fe. We deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service with a focus on parcel shipping and mail receiving.

With 350 occupied mail boxes (and growing), hundreds of regular shippers, six fantastic employees, two owners, and three dogs (the real owners) Mail Call is really a small community that enjoys convenience, quality, and lively discussions.

Expert Packing

Mail Call has the expertise, tools, and materials to safely pack and ship fragile, large, or oddly shaped items. We routinely pack art, rugs, chile, electronics, glass, antlers, bull skulls, furniture, silverware, china, jewelry, and just about anything else that you can imagine.

We understand that your items are important to you. If you have questions about how your item will be packed, we are happy to explain our methods.

Convenience

If you simply want the convenience of dropping your items off to be packed and shipped, we will take care of it for you. In addition to fragile and high value items, we also take loving care of your toys, books, pillows, boots, and socks. You will be on your way home before you realize that you didn’t even have to take a number.

Declared Value Coverage

We use an independent insurance company so that you can purchase coverage for your valuable items. We cover many items that the carriers will not insure, such as art.

Mailboxes

Convenient Location: Mail Call is the perfect location for your personal or business mailbox. We are centrally located across Cordova Road from Trader Joe’s and next door to Maria’s restaurant.

Your Mail Call mailbox includes:

o     A real street address: We accept deliveries from all carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and even drop-offs from friends or business associates.

o     Full Service Mail and Package Receiving: We’re here to sign for your packages and, if you choose, Certified Mail. You’ll never miss a delivery again.

o     Package Notification: Receive a free email or text message when you receive parcels. There’s no need to visit the store to know whether or not your package has arrived.

o     24 hour secure access to your mailbox: You may access your locked mailbox after store hours with a security code and key.

o     Mail Holding: We hold your mail when your box is full…NO return to sender! Take a vacation or business trip, your mail will be waiting.

o     Mail Forwarding: For a small fee, we will forward your mail to wherever in the world you happen to be.

o     Easy access to all of our other services: In one convenient place, you can send or receive faxes, buy postage, notarize documents, make copies, ship, and even have us pack items for you.

$2.00/mth additional fee for business boxes.

Three months rent and $10.00 refundable key deposit required to open a mailbox. Two forms of ID required.
