PRC Approves USPS 2011 Rate Increase

Earlier today [December 2, 2010] the Postal Regulatory Commission approved the Shipping Services price changes proposed last month. This affects Parcel Select, Parcel Return Service, Express Mail, and Priority Mail. The price changes will be effective January 2, 2011.
