Another Side to USPS Rate Criticism

In the last post here we reported on the The Affordable Mail Alliance Motion to Dismiss regarding the USPS request for an exigent rate increase (http://shipp.in/g/1cs).
In the interest of fairness here is the response to that motion by the American Postal Workers Union AFL-CIO (APWU).
