Help Using This Site
Q. I can't log in to the members area. What
should I do?
A. You will need your specific ID and Password.
You should also use Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or
a current version of Firefox.
Q. I forgot my ID and Password. How can I get
it again?
A. You were originally sent an ID and Password via
mail. Your ID is normally the 5 digits of your
member ID (COM#). If you do not have your
password, you will need to contact AMPC via phone to
receive it. Please be prepared to verify your
identification.
Q.
I am using Safari as my Internet browser and some things
on the site are not working. What should I do?
A. You may need to change some settings for your
browser. You will need to turn on the "Debug"
menu. Follow these steps:
-Quit Safari
-Open Terminal
-Type: defaults write com.apple.safari Include DebugMenu

-Press return
-Open Safari
-Change the settings in the Debug menu to "Mac MSIE
5.22."
If you ever wish to disable it again, just repeat the
command with a “0” instead of a “1”.

Q. Can I share my login information with
others?
A. The members area of the web site is for member stores
only. In the future, financial and personal
information may be viewable after login. To
protect your information and the value of AMPC
membership, please do not share your login information
with other businesses or with those you wish to limit
the viewing of your private information.
